The organization design and strategic change management consulting firm, Intentional Design Inc., has launched an executive coaching division. Beginning this month, the company’s Intentional Coaching division will feature executive coach and personal development expert, Traci Shoblom.
 
“We are very excited about this new partnership,” says Sharon J. Heringer, President of Intentional Design Inc. “In the 22 years I’ve been transforming organizations, I’ve noticed a correlation between the development of individuals within a company and the success of the business.
