Dr Traci is the foremost expert in Whole Health. She understands that a healthy life involves more than just your body. Dr Traci integrates physical health, psychological well being, interpersonal relationships, career, wealth building and debt reduction, and spiritual growth to create a state of Whole Health.
The Present
Dr Traci runs two websites; this one and the http:// CenterforWholeHealthyLiving.com. The Center for Whole Healthy Living is an online magazine dedicated to health and wellness.
The 30 Day Health Challenge is a free e-mail based teleclass that inspires students to challenge themselves in seven areas of health. Also, on the Dr Traci runs two websites; this one and the CenterforWholeHealthyLiving.com, visitors can purchase Dr Traci's books, workbooks, e-books, and her ever-popular Success Sleep System mp3 downloads and CDs.
Dr Traci also has a weekly internet radio show called Dr. Traci’s Monday Morning Motivator, where she motivates listeners to take small, easy steps to improve their lives. She can be heard on Achievement Radio.com giving tips and pointers relating to health and wellness.
Dr Traci is also the host of The Nightingale Conant Radio Hour, where she interviews personal development authors from the vast Nightingale Conant library.

The Past
In her role as a writer for Nightingale Conant, she has written the workbooks for more than 50 audio programs, including health and wellness titles such as The Five Forces of Wellness, by Dr. Mark Hyman, and Mind/Body Nutrition, by Marc David. She's also worked with Nightingale Conant's best selling programs: Transforming Debt into Wealth, Brian Tracy's Personal Success, Lead the Field, and many others.
Dr Traci has also written several books, including If I Die Before I Wake, which is a journal that helps people make the most of life while they are alive. Also, as a freelance writer, she has been published in Prevention magazine, on eDiets.com, and has several health related articles on eHow.com. In addition, Dr. Traci is the Senior Writer for Doran Andry, an Executive President’s Team member with Herbalife, and is creating a joint program with him called Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise.
The Future
Dr Traci also has a drive to continually expand her knowledge base. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of Southern California, she went on to pursue her graduate degrees from the California School of Professional Psychology. She has an honorary doctorate in Organizational Psychology for her work with Marshall Goldsmith and coaching his executive clients from around the world. Currently, Dr Traci is pursuing dual master’s level Certificates in Whole Health Education and Whole Health Coaching.
Personally, Dr Traci walks her talk. In addition to being a gourmet vegetarian and whole foods cook, she is also a Girl Scout troop leader. Through this, she is able to help young women learn to listen to the intuitive wisdom they have inside. (The cookies aren’t bad, either!) She is also an advisor on the Board of Directors for Fit Kids: The Foundation for the Prevention of Childhood Obesity.
Dr. Traci’s philosophy can be best summed up with the following quote by author Shakti Gowain. “Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen to them.”
